Fox has stopped production!

Johnson Sewell, my dealer in Marble Falls, has Zero (O) F250s on the lot. Crazy.
When I ordered my Tremor on 2-15-20 we also purchased a Ranger off the lot the same day. They had maybe 50-60 rangers. Yesterday they had 2. My truck was build on 3-15-20 ( a Sunday) like 2 days before the plant shut down for covid. They have never caught up since.

5.5% of the global container fleet is sitting off-shore waiting to port today. That number has been growing steadily for a year.

There are reports today of 30 mile long lines for trucks waiting to load ships at Taiwanese ports.

Container prices are being bid above $10k consistently now every day. A 10x increase since prices began to rise in early 2019 as a result of the trade war we started with China.

This situation is not good and is getting worse by the day. But you can’t say any of this here or some emotionally stunted Duck Dynasty dude will call you names.

Oh well. Investors in my dealership REIT will have the last laugh. ?

I hear that. My Tremor was delivered to the dealer on 3-15-20 and I picked it up on 3-16-20. Right before this whole mess.

I stopped by local Ford dealer today to see if they had any Explorer STs for my wife to drive. They had two Explorers, three Rangers, two Mustangs, one white F250 XLT work truck and zero F150s. This dealer normally has several hundred F150s and at least 100 SuperDutys on their lot, along with the usual assortment of SUVs and Mustangs.

It was like a ghost town in their huge parking lot and even their used car lot was dwindling to nothing. The service department looked quite busy, but I am not sure if they can survive on their service business alone.

I think this just the tip of the iceberg...I think it gonna get much worse before it gets better in a lot of industries. Any public traded company is trying their best to keep a lid on issues. If the willing to say it's bad...then you know it has to be really bad. I don't think we are even close to bottoming out. I think it will this time next year maybe before we some relief with raw materials, semiconductor, and food supply. I have given up on ammo every being on shelves again.

I'm in twin cities metro MN. Blackhawks, 5 of them were up last saturday, lots of c130 activity in and out of msp international. The blackhawks fly low with huge azz door guns...we see them fly over mississippi river a lot.

My brother in law, works at sheriff's office in tampa bay....he said they always see the US military's Navy P8's searching coast of florida almost every day as if there is a china or russia stealth sub or something they trying to find, and lots of heavily armed military choppers .

I've been watching monkey werx on youtube showing a lot of the military plane activity in US.

Scary times ...
yea maybe they have a mission maybe its alot of training, cyber treats are the new war so i dont see subs coming in but you never know but also in Florida there is a big flight test base down there that do alot of flights as that what we do alot of here in maryland area

I had a very strong feeling about supply issues back in early January. I ordered my truck on Jan. 20th with the hope I would beat the bottom falling out of the production and supply chains. I received my truck on April 5 and the dealer's lot was starting to look thin. Now it's empty other than a few one off new vehicles and several used trades. When my truck arrived, my salesman disclosed to me that they were experiencing orders getting canceled by Ford and that they were not confident my truck would get built. I think I squeaked it in by intuition and luck.

You are so full of it. Exactly who is calling others names? Your intolerance and hypocrisy is showing.

Same. I started shopping in November, knowing the supply issues wouldn't get better any time soon. Ordered mid December, hoping I was going to squeak through. I got lucky, delivered 3/3, picked it up 3/5.

Ammo will get better... but I'm still waiting on large rifle magnum primers to show up. Might be years for that.

He’s not full of it. We have containers sitting off California’s coast right now waiting to get off the ships. We also have containers that were unloaded sitting on the dock that they cannot get a truck or a train underneath them to get them to the Midwest.

Probably keeping an eye on those 2 ships from Iran in the Atlantic right now.
