Other than the Ford annual price increase, is there any reason to purchase this extended warranty now instead of waiting for the 3/36 factory warranty to end? I have a 24 model.

Purchasing it now ensures no increase. But you would need to purchase it before your factory warranty expires as then you would need an inspection done. It helps with Peace-of-Mind!

Does it start at mile 1 or at the mileage at time of purchase? I'm debating on buying now or waiting to by before I am out of factory warranty. Any additional perks by pairing it with a service plan?

It starts from new. You only gain the length you add past 3yr 36000 miles. The only advantage to buying now verse waiting till closer to the factory warranty running out is to lock in the price. As we know everything seems to keep going up.

Bought my warranty through Granger yesterday since factory runs out on January 5th. Now my 2022 is covered until 2030! Awesome (I don't put many miles on it, so will be unlikely to hit the 75K on the 8 yr plan I chose). But, who ever had a vehicle that didn't have something expensive break in the first 75K? I would have lost money on my Subaru Forester if it were this price ($2700), but not by much. This is the first extended warranty I've ever bought. But I don't want to self-insure against that CP4 pump failing...

Thank you for your support! Hopefully you won't need to use it, but always nice for the unknowns!

Hey everyone!

Well, with 2024 wrapping up, I wanted to reach out and thank everyone for the trust, support and business you all have given us. We truly appreciate everything.

I hope everyone has a great New Years🥳 and an even better 2025!

Over the weekend, things have changed regarding the years/miles that an Extended Warranties can be purchased.

To purchase an ESP for your vehicle, it must be 2020 or newer and under 60k miles.

Fords still in Factory Warranty or out of - https://grangerfordextendedwarranty.com/
Mopar still in Factory Warranty or out of - https://www.buymoparwarranty.com/
Other vehicles - https://grangerwarranty.com/

We are still $25 over dealer cost for Ford/Mopar.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

I am sorry for any inconvenience.

Vehicles are expensive these days and the price to fix an issue, can add up quickly.

A simple leak or break can add to a major issue. This can add up to a lot of labor and payments.

Get your ESP today on a new or used (2020 or newer) vehicle and be covered today!

Please let me know if you have any questions!

Zach, is your ESP still $25 over Granger's cost? I bought a new 2024 F350 Lariat with LUP, BAP, and Tremor Pkg in the beginning of January. It has 1500 miles on it right now. I am trying to decipher when is the best time to buy the ESP from you. I read through all the posts on this thread and see that prices usually increase in October and there are some times when you $0 over cost and other times when it was $50 over cost. I am guessing it just depends on the time of year etc. I also understood that there is a bump in the cost at the 12k/12 month window. So it might behoove me to wait to purchase until September.

Also you have an 18 month payment plan with a 20% down. I could not decipher if there is a fee involved in this or not. If there was based upon my calculation I did not see one but I was basing it on the cost of the plan and subtracting the 20% down payment and then multiplying the monthly payment by 18.

If I were to take the plan what happens if I do after market additions to the truck e.g. I put on extra lights, I add a winch, I add motor driven running boards etc etc. I am assuming that those items are not covered because they were not original with the purchase of the truck, they are not on the original sticker. However will those additions void the ESP in any way?

Thanks for making such a great price for the Ford plan. I know that Ford makes good money on this plan because they would not offer it if it did not make them money. And for those of us who take advantage of these plans at times it can pay for itself and at other times we could have saved ourselves money if we would have not taken advantage of them. I had a Toyota Sienna that I bought the premium plan when I purchased it back in 2011 and I had one major failure on a major electrical component and I made out but then later on they did a recall on that part and anyone could then submit their costs for the repair and be reimbursed. So at the end of the day I spent money that I did not need to spend but again it comes down to the situation. Its nice to have a company like Granger at least offer an excellent plan at a really great price.
