They are handled through the servicing dealership. It is handled through the same system internally at a Ford dealership that warranty claims are handled, so every dealership is very familiar with it. We get monthly reporting on how many claims are paid and we have had hundreds of claims paid so far this year.

I just bought the Ford ESP warranty for my '22 though Granger. I haven't used it yet, but I did the same thing on my '15, 4 1/2 years ago when I bought it. I ended up going in for warranty work and never had an issue. They pulled it right up and could see it in their system. I never had to provide any documentation or anything. It was a quick in and out fix for my '15. Vacuum pump repair and reverse camera problem.

why can't you sell to california? anyway to get around that? I am right on the nevada border and have friends that have nevada addresses
 
Sorry if this has been asked. Does the premium plan cover internal engine components such as cam & lifters in case of delamination?

Ford pass points can be used towards the purchase of these contracts as well!

Have another Ford or Lincoln vehicle you'd like to add coverage to? Our pricing will be $50 over dealer cost. This should meet or exceed any other pricing you find online. The process is initiated the same way by submitting a form on grangerfordextendedwarranty.com with the information above.

This offer is good for anywhere in the U.S. and Canada with the exception of the state of Florida & California.

Can I use my Ford Pass points toward purchase? YES.

Is this coverage good only at Granger Ford? No, It is good at any Ford dealership nationwide. This is Ford's offical Extended service plan that you would buy at your local Ford dealership as well.

How old of a vehicle can I put this on? We can apply this coverage up to 41 months from the in-service date and up to 40,999 miles.

Can I put this on my other Ford Vehicle? Yes, for $100 over dealer cost?

Can I purchase ford Maintenance at a discount as well? Yes, we offer Ford maintenance and any other coverage offering?

Can I purchase at this price from Florida? No, Florida laws prevent us from selling at this discounted pricing.
