Ford Pass Connect won’t active

I should have been more clear. I was speaking about the remote start function, not the lock/unlock feature of the app.

check your apps today mine finally shows the activate vehicle button to get all the functions im just not at home to try it but it looks like it will work now. my app says it was updated about 3:49pm yesterday

I can confirm that as of today my app now allows me to activate ford pass on my tremor.
It didn’t at first, but as soon as I deleted the vehicle and added it back, and closed the app, I was given the activation button. Now I’ve just gotta wait until I get home to authorize it, from the sync 3 display in my truck.

Yes I’m sure yours has. This post is in regards to those of us who have taken delivery of our trucks on or around 10/09/20, and were unable to activate our vehicles

It seems that this is a widespread issue and Ford has resolved it as of 10/20/20

Yup - mine activated today!
