yours works? My dealer said he didn’t think the f250 had that capability

How long have you been waiting? Points are supposed to be in your account within 30 days of purchase. I’m past 60 days and still nothing. Have a case number checking on it but can’t get her to call me back. I need accessories!

I haven’t gotten an update from tech support yet. It’s been a week. They said 10 days. They also said an app update may be out before then to allow us to activate.

Ya def dont have that yet even tho phone and truck are connected did you by anychance just use bluetooth or did u connect through the usb ? My friend said he wasnt sure if he did it with a cable or not cause he got his to work

Had my wife do it she’s way smarter lol she said you have to add the vehicle to the app by entering the vin Above the start hit the arrow down hit add vehicle then take a picture of the Vin no USB cords or Wi-Fi needed just through your phone

This may be a stupid question, but you opted for the keyless start right? You have the function on your key fob? If not, I don’t believe you can do it.

I Believe all fords can use the app not sure if you have to have the start function on your fob to start your car from your phone or not but you can unlock your car from your phone and track the car wife uses start on the phone when she can’t find the fob or out of range

I was told by customer support that a software update had been sent to the dealerships for install. Mine will be going in Tuesday morning. Not holding my breath, but you never know.

I picked my truck up last week, and my ford pass app will also Not activate. Tried it a bunch of times at the dealer and I've tried at least twice at home since I've had it. Lame

Still no truck functions to lock/unlock/start on ap.
techs are having no luck either. Them and I have removed ap multiple times
They are saying a reboot of Truck main software?
yes they are in the dark Lol
Not a big issue but interesting how they sell it with such conviction

ALL 2020 Ford have fordpass with unlock and lock with remote start as standard ..... even if you dont have remote start on your key the app will always work .... i had to reinstall the app on my phone for the truck picture to show up after 2 months having no picture so i would recommend to reintall the fordpass app .... also called the number again and they said they get my points to me and to call about 2 weeks after .... it has been a week and still no points
