First aid kit mount

Just curious how many of you go through your med kits and replace stuff like burn ointments and anti bacterial ointments and the like? I never really thought about until a few years ago I was out backpacking and got a nice gash in my leg. I pulled out my neosporene stuff and it was all dried out. It was probably in my pack for 10-15+ years and stored in my garage with my camping gear (temps in summer 100+ and temps in winter can get below freezing in my garage). Now I try and go through all my first aide kits on New Years. I just got in a habit doing it on Jan 1 a few years ago.

I typically replace that stuff every other year. Been doing it that way for close to a decade now.

About the same here, when I get notification at the office of expiration dates, I will check my first aid kit and my bug out bag.

I've got a first aid/IFAK/Trama kit and I'm looking for mount location ideas. Center console is where it's currently located an its not ideal. Takes up all the space in there. No room under the rear seat as all my recovery and towing stuff is there. Where are ya'll keeping yours?

I like it. Little worried with my kids messing with it and kicking it. Certainly an option, though.

Well, I pulled the bandaid off (pun intended) and bought the under seat mount from desert does it. Very expensive, in my opinion. But I was limited in options and this seemed to be my only option at this point in time. Long story short, I like it. The one with out the extended arms is perfect.

I'm 6'2", but I like my seat closer to the wheel than most. Here is my kit with seat in riding position.

Here is the same position with the camera moved more toward the door.

And here's a picture of the seat moved all the way back.

One of the bracket with no kit attached, seat all the way back.

The first and second picture look great. The 3rd one not so much haha . I am very tempted to follow your lead. Can you get the measurements of how much it sticks out by chance? What First Aid kit are you using?
