Never noticed this myself, but was working on getting a friend to do PPF and he noticed it. Appears there is an 1/8" difference in the gap between the front and rear doors on the passenger side compared to the drivers side

Drivers - 1/8" gap
Passenger - 1/4" gap

Not sure if this is within tolerance, but figured I would ask you fine gentlemen if I should say anything to my dealer. Mainly concerned about water intrusion, but now that I notice it, my OCD is set off

I had to have my whole truck realigned. Doors, fenders and hood.

Ford QC by Stevie Wonder...

I noticed the other day a gap difference on the driver's door that is now bugging me pretty bad as well. Mine is different than yours though... the top of my driver door is pushed in about a 1/4" farther than the back door and the bottom is sticking out about a 1/4" past the back door. Ive read horror stories about getting doors adjusted right, so i asked a buddy of mine that works at a body shop for some input on if it is worth chasing or will it just create bigger issues.

FWIW, It's worth getting done IMHO

It takes nothing to align the doors and really isn't an issue for someone that knows what they are doing. I think it took 20min to just do the doors.

Also have this but not 1/4", I definitely dont want any issues with water is my concern.
