Do Airbags Increase Payload Above 2,871 Pounds?

Thanks everyone for the outstanding feedback. Now if I can just absorb it all! Would the Timken addition help address the slight sag? Will adding that made the truck ride stiffer or more harsh? I’m now convinced that airbags may not be the way to go.

Yes, they will help sag. I have not noticed any ride quality difference on typical paved or gravel roads.

If you get the ones specifically for an F350 they will engage sooner which will offset more suspension sag. I went with the ones for the F250 to have more static clearance between the bottom of the Timbrens and top of the axle pad.

Super. Thanks a lot for your great explanations everyone. Much appreciated.
