Just got today, is this a PCO? Ordered 7/28, still waiting to be scheduled. What if I don’t take delivery before the January date?

See the 2nd to last line above the ford logo. "Place order or take new retail deliver..." You've placed your order.

Ford will tell you its a third party. However, I need to push him to ask “is there a solution” vice simply asking about changing addresses. I personally think it shouldn’t matter since I could provide Chapman the certificate number that, when he entered it, populated in smart Vincent w/ the PCO and my name. Clearly frustrating.

Hello. I am having the same issue as you. I got a PCO and the address they had on file was my old house. I am purchasing through Granger and they contacted their ford rep. What they told me was to send utility bills in my name for both addresses and they would forward to Ford so I could get the deal. I didnt have any old utility bills for my old house but I did have an old Mortgage Bill showing my name and that address so I sent that.

Not sure if it has been applied as I just got a VIN last week but you may want to tell them other dealers are helping customers by getting Ford involved and submitting documentation.
