I would buy this if I knew I was going to get my truck... I can't spend anymore money though on something I might not end up getting.

I understand that. That is why I got really frustrated with Ford and the whole ordering process and their complete lack of rhyme or reason as to how they schedule and build. Then the whole we’re gonna delete xyz because of supply chain issues put me over the edge and I found a truck that was close enough and told them to pound sand and keep their never to be built morphodite platinum.

My crystal ball only had me wait a short 4 months with no sign of a vin and then the acknowledgement forms for building without PM sensors and multi-contour seats started and I pulled the pin

I waited 7 months….it just shipped last week….I’ll bit my lip til after delivery then speak my piece.

An alternative to a hard mount is the American Patriot Sof Hold available through Amazon. I use this when traveling. 50 pound magnet (leather enclosed), can screw it in or just let the magnet hold it in place. I use just the magnet - it holds my 92g effortlessly without movement, and doesn’t move when you remove the gun. Does take some force to detach the weapon from the magnet. I put it in the console vault on the front wall if I need to secure my weapon, and it’s out of sight when you open the vault. If I want it more at hand, I move the magnet to the top outside of the vault, so I just need to open the top of the console itself and it’s right at hand. Not affiliated with the product, just like the simplicity and ease of use.
