Hey guys,

I recently moved/registered from FL to SD that requires a front license plate on my 2022 F-250 Tremor with the factory WARN winch option.

Since the winch is fully recessed into the bumper, standard snap-on or fairlead-bolt brackets don't seem to work easily without spinning the backing nuts.

What's the cleanest, most budget-friendly way you've mounted your front plate without blocking the winch rope/hook or the remote plug? Any simple DIY ideas or specific bracket recommendations?

Thanks!

OEM plate relocation bracket moves the plate down below the winch.

Thanks guys!

@RS90: Yeah, looks like LC3Z-17A385-BA is the way to go. Since I'm currently on the road, I'll likely just order it to my destination to avoid express shipping fees.

@BoonesRide22: That Rock Hard 4x4 bracket looks solid, but my main issue with fairlead-bolt mounted brackets is that my backing nuts spin in the bumper cavity when I try to loosen them. Did you have any trouble accessing the back of the fairlead bolts on your setup?

Additional information:
Unfortunately, the original factory winch license plate bracket (LC3Z-17A385-BA) that usually comes loose with the truck seems to be missing from mine.

Appreciate the help!

Swarfworks makes one that clamps to the tow hook. You might be ok if you don’t have ACC.

I don't know if the above part number applies to me or not, but I used the Ford factory F450 plate mount.
Sorry I don't have a better picture
