From Texas but moved to Washington st 2 yrs ago and must say there a reason Washington and Oregon have the most breweries... this region grows 70% of the hops for the entire country and def know their beer... this Nog has won gold medals for a reason and glad they are 10 mins down the rd...

I was born and raised in Oregon and fell in love with micro beer when it started hitting the PNW. It was too expense so I started brewing my own.

Bottling sucked so I went to kegs, tried to keep three on tap at all time.

Like Steve said micro beer is tough on the waist line so I had to sell all my equipment and switch to light beer.

Every now and then I like a gin & tonic, vodka tonic, margarita, etc.... For you whiskey lovers, DO NOT buy the Costco whiskey it is terrible.

I like a good beer/alcohol thread.

We've got tons of hop farms and micro breweries around here. I still love me an ice cold Coors Lite.
Wish the old Strohs beer was still around. Made with good ole Detroit river water.
