Battery Leaking dealer telling me its wear and tear please advise

Well the third time must have been the charm - nor more leaks or even seeping acid after the last swap of the OEM batteries under warranty. I am *almost* disappointed as I was itching to swap to those nice blue top X2 AGM's. That would be my excuse to add that matching blue Whipple supercharger. You know - gotta keep things color coordinated!
