Have anew 6.7L HO and am interested in ASAP Emission Intact tune. I ran Calibrated Power tune(Emission Intact) on my last 2020 6.7L for 160k miles and it was great. Anyone have any experience or input? And how was fuel economy affected? Thanks

I don't do anything ASAP...I typically take my time.
Banks told me on the phone that they couldn't safely get any more out of the 6.7HO. that's why there isn't a derringer available for it.
I'd be leery of no name bullshit tunes.
If Banks can't do it, nobody can do it.... safely.
Buy a pedal monster instead.

There are several different companies with tunes making lots of power. AMDP being the other I am interested in. Banks is an add-on company....not a tuner.

Quite a few folks running their delete tunes. Don’t know about intact tunes. I had considered it, myself.

Ok, what tune do you like in that case for a deleted truck?
I'm not deleting my truck because I kind of like NOT smoking out all the kids in the elementary school pickup line. Plus, i have a 150k mile extended warranty i won't be throwing away any time soon.
Regardless of your opinion on Banks, The Pedal monster removed ALL hesitation and drivability issues i had with it, and since it has obd2 access unlikeall the others, it also tames the overbearing traction control and let you drive it like it should be driven.
Banks makes good shit, dude.
Over 500 hp to the wheels is what these trucks make in stock form.
How much power do you actually need?
Drivability is where they fall flat IMO.
The stock throttle curve sucks ass.. i agree.
That's why I made the pedal monster suggestion.
I'm extremely happy with the way my truck runs.

Yeah I don't care about smoking people out and I don't want it to be loud as shit in my cab. Honestly, the thing I liked most about my last tune was the TCM tuning as I felt it made a huge difference in how the transmission shifted/worked and the truck drove great. I thought I heard of people running TCM tunes alone.
Plenty of people have ASAP and AMDP and run emissions on or off. You'll be fine with either option. The HO will have less headroom to make power but they all end up with similar final max effort power. AMDP did a good video on this.

I have the Banks as well and it makes a HUGE difference in these trucks. Best throttle controller on the market! It's funny how much of a difference $295 can make 
You can run a trans tune only also if you choose
I was concerned on my test drives with the BS skip-shift crap. Hated it and made the truck drive horribly. Almost made me not want to buy the truck. Dove in the pool anyway after doing much research and put a Banks on her and it NEVER skip shifts anymore. I would love to tighten up the shifting, but don't want to lose warranty on a tune that can be easily found if removed for service from the key switch data stored in the ECU/TCM.

There's really not much left on the bone power wise. The HO is pretty much maxed.... unless you delete.
