Ladies and gentlemen, family, friends, and people who have spent the last year wondering why this forum looks like a brochure for a mud-wrestling convention—we are here to celebrate our winner...
Finally, the 2025 Tremor of the Year contest has ended, and
@TellurideTremor has officially secured the title (again). Honestly, I’m not sure what’s more impressive: the truck itself, or the fact that he somehow managed to find a way to make "owning a vehicle" a full-time personality trait.
We all saw the photos. We saw the high-angle shots, the low-angle shots, and the shots where he was clearly lying face-down in a puddle just to get that "aggressive stance" lighting.
I’ve never seen someone take so many photos of a truck in "extreme conditions" that were actually just the unpaved overflow parking lot at a Cracker Barrel. Telluride, we know you weren't "conquering the wilderness" in that photo; you were thirty feet from a Starbucks, trying to find the perfect filter to make a gravel driveway look like the Rubicon Trail.
I saw one photo where he was standing on the hood, looking off into the distance like a pioneer discovering a new continent. In reality, he was just looking for his sunglasses, which were on top of his head the whole time.
But in all seriousness, your dedication to the lifestyle is unmatched. Most people buy a truck to haul lumber; you bought a truck to haul 40 gigabytes of self-portraits and enough specialized wax to keep that "rugged" finish looking like a pageant queen.
My fellow Tremorites, raise your glasses to
@TellurideTremor. May your trails be dusty, your air compressor be unnecessary, and may you eventually take a photo where the truck is actually moving.
Congratulations my friend!
This bullshit took me an hour to write so you better enjoy it.
