Ford Tremor Wooden Hang Tag (for Truck or Christmas Tree!)

Excited to share the newest product I designed. This one is simple, but it gives me joy every time I climb into my truck. I plan to hang one on my Christmas tree this year as well. @MrsLegler also told me she wants to hang a Tremor Tag in her Volvo!

The process to create these had an interesting learning curve for me...

• Xtool D1 Pro 20W Laser
• Basswood - experimented with and without baking soda application for darkness
• Generated some images in ChatGPT
• Used Photoshop on iPad Pro to adjust multiple image layers, modify the images, and combine various parts into a single design
• Burned several experiments of various laser speed/power settings to find the appropriate burn for all the layers. Everything needed a slightly different setting to optimize the final appearance.

• Found a paracord color that compliments the tag well (dark green)
• Found a paracord sliding lock to make the length of the tag adjustable to hang at any preferred height
• @DTX2023Tremor gave me a creative way to attach the cord to the tag to make it hang straight (not pictured in the photos)
• Tested drops of essential oil directly onto the back of the tag - makes for a wonderful smell in the vehicle! (or just leave it unscented if that's your thing)
