So a number of members asked about adding the IGN HOT wire to or Upfitter solution and we have it!

This can be added DIRECTLY to our existing box. Give me a couple days as I get in the right gauge wire, connectors and longer screws.

I'll let everyone know when this is up on the site and available.

Well that didn't take long! Wire and connectors showed up today. Just waiting on the longer screws then we will be ready to start selling!

No. Your device will be powered on automatically when the ignition is on. So, if you push the start button or if the engine is on, the device will be on. Basically, its just hot with the key on, but not always hot.

There is a 20A IGN ON/ ENGINE ON wire that's part of the bundle of wires found with the up-fitter stub ends #1-6. So this would allow you to make a tap connection for any device that needs a signal/trigger to come on with the IGN or motor.
Say you wanted an air compressor (inverter, etc etc ) to kick on when you do a Key On/IGN On/Motor Running. This 20A wire allows you to do that without needing to use an up-fitter. At 20A you can run it to quite a few different relays for various items.

Well not sure about being holy, but it is hot when the ignition is on.

In the bundle of upfitter wires, 1-6, there are a few extras and one of them is hot with ignition, no upfitter switch required.

Hence, the 7th wire :cool:

I was being a smart-ass as I never am but I am certainly interested.

This, already, is making my starlink antenna happier.
