As I understand it, the current blocks are 3.25.

I'd like to slightly raise the rear of the truck after doing a 1.5" front level. I am considering installing a ReadyLift 4" block. Just making sure the math is literal... This would raise the back of the truck 3/4 of an inch correct?

There are two offerings of this block 1 Piece Driveshaft and 2 Piece. Going to take a look under the truck but I assume this is short box vs long box?

Yep, it's a literal lift for the difference in the heights of the blocks. But why do it? If you want a small lift, why not do something that improves the ride? Look at these.
