That's probably the list for Thursday the 5ths scheduling.Source? That sort of contradicts many of the scheduled MY24's for the week of 10/16.
That is correct. It' pretty much what you will hear Tim from Long McArthur Ford will read from in his video update this week. He does provide some other insights though as well. That's probably the list for Thursday the 5ths scheduling.
Nothing is quite the kick in the balls like a Porsche dealer first asking you your relationship with the dealer. So nice to watch what I wanted to go out of production without a fulfilled order.Well, I guess I wish I hadn’t read this thread in the forum because I have a history of getting hopes up for things WAY too soon in general. I haven’t received that lightening quick reply from ford with a build date after ordering mid week last week. I do know the painful feeling of a long wait for a vehicle though. Just went through it for the car I’m trading out of/selling. Still that was only 7 months compared to some of you guys that waited a year to only find out that your truck was not going to be built. I’m just bored and bumping this thread I suppose, but I grow more excited (that doesn’t sound right) each day to get back into a SD where I belong; at least, that’s what it feels like. At least I know I’m not a Porsche guy; although it’s been a fun few months.
Definitely out of my element. I was about having fun in these Northern California mountain roads, not the pompous crap that walked into that dealer. Yucky stuff. And what a sh!tty thing on that last part you shared. Hopefully something better is waiting for you.Nothing is quite the kick in the balls like a Porsche dealer first asking you your relationship with the dealer. I'm rooting for the economic collapse at this point. I read a lot of rennlist while waiting. There were several threads about financing and trade in values. There are a lot of people who needed things to break a certain way so they could "afford" a car. I would love to take a car off their hands at a significant discount. That's wishful thinking probably at this point.Definitely out of my element. I was about having fun in these Northern California mountain roads, not the pompous crap that walked into that dealer. That's the weeks they are scheduling. Production starts next week.Does this mean that they aren’t going to start building the 24s until the week of the 23rd? My dealer texted me today and said my build date is 10/27.
Where has Ford said that? The weeks of 10/9 and 10/16 have already been scheduled. So I’m confused did the 24 production start date get pushed back ?
They started scheduling 24's a couple of weeks ago. 10/9 and 10/16 weeks are full it seems and tomorrow will be for 10/23+.
I think the confusion was between the initial start of the MY24 production vs this week's scheduling notes respective of MY24 production for those being scheduled tomorrow. With several builds already scheduled for these first few weeks in Oct, the note regarding the production weeks of 10/23-11/20 for KTP seemed to indicate they may be pushing those back. I think we've sorted out now that it was referring to this weeks scheduling, not the MY24 as a whole. They started scheduling 24's a couple of weeks ago. 10/9 and 10/16 weeks are full it seems and tomorrow will be for 10/23+.
I don't understand the confusion, if you go back through the last several pages you will see people posting up the weeks their 24's are scheduled to be built without any mass follow-ons saying they were pushed back.
Maybe they mean are any trucks being built this week... Mine was originally scheduled to be built 10/2, but was pushed back to week of 10/9 in mid-September. I haven't seen anyone else scheduled for build this week (10/2).I think the confusion was between the initial start of the MY24 production vs this week's scheduling notes respective of MY24 production for those being scheduled tomorrow. Notice that the HO engine (99M) is not constrained, just the standard output 6.7 (99T) and the 7.3 (99N). This is the closest I have been since ordering my Tremor on 11/3/22. My only constraint on this list is Platinum trim.
The concrete fad continues. I miss the days of color. Everything now is some shade of black, white and grey. Here is the mysterious glacier gray.....
