Yeah dealership just confirmed this morning it’s still sitting at the ramp waiting to be picked up and transported 😩

Well here is my update, I have no idea where my truck is that is all.

I can at least pin my down somewhere between KTP and Kansas City - last update from Ford - delivery date now 7-20 April we're going backwards🤡

These trains and lots seem to be causing a lot of anxiety here. You guys do know your dealers will call when your trucks arrive, right??

I used to move a fair amount of shipping containers from California to Denver on trains. There is nothing dependable about the schedules. I would say half the time they are mostly on time - within a few hours, and the other half they are late. I even had one arrive a full 2 days early (on what was supposed to be a 4 day transit). They love that because if you are not ready for delivery, they start racking up storage charges.

Full disclosure, my dealer is only 7 miles or so from home. The rail storage lot for area Ford and Subaru dealers is 2 miles from my house. I pass it almost every day. Yes, I when think mine is there, I will be pulling over with the Swarovskis to spot my Antimatter Baja :ROFLMAO:

It's one of those things of so close yet so far along with being able to plan the road trip to IA :D

Mine shows shipped - how do you know when it’s actually on a train? And which railroad?

Definitely and added complication when buying out of town. I bought (2) Blackwings from a Texas dealer and flirted with flying down each time. In the end, I sent them in an enclosed trailer for less than $1000. It was very stress reducing for sure, and when I evaluated the time and expense to pick up in person, much better for me.

On the Tremor, nobody here was discounting when I ordered. But I told the local dealer I would order for invoice pricing only, and they agreed. With the tax savings, it was a wash to lower priced out of state options, and less if the truck cost $1000 to ship.

Ford chat said It’s in Brookfield, Ma. 4/9-4/15 to dealer. Getting closer

Can I assume Final Preparation means it’s at the dealer? That would be a huge relief vs sitting at the ramp with two days of major hail moving into DFW area

It’s at the dealer

Anyone know how protected these trucks are while they sit at the ramp waiting for transport? We have some crazy weather with up to tennis size ball hail today and tomorrow and I hope it’s not just sitting out unprotected at the ramp
Theyre not
