2024 MY Super Duty Order/Schedule/Build Thread

Anyone have any idea on how they prep and apply the bedliner? With Line-X and normal aftermarket ones, they sand the paint off the bed and then spray it in. It seems counterintuitive they would paint the bed only to sand the inside off a couple days later. Wonder if they have a chemical application that improves the adhesion or some other process.
I’ve been told they do not sand the paint, they use a product/chemical that is supposed to bond to it… hence why so many people have had issues with it peeling

They spray an etching acid. Its horrible and im sorry, I would never get a factory bed liner. Had three peel up on me.

I'm not too worried. Mine will only see the occasional sheet of plywood or drywall. If/when it peels, it will get a new one sprayed in.

Yes I have the spray in bed liner, have it on my f350 now and never have had a problem.

Same. I noticed my truck updated last night with an In Production date and modules populated. Did you get a spray in bedliner? Wondering if that's the next stop.
So much for being neighbors. I'm still in production limbo. No modules yet.

My 350 just got unloaded at my dealer this morning. When I was inspecting the truck I noticed it had 125 miles on the odometer. I knew it was not the dealer cause the truck just came off the carrier so I proceeded to check out the other 4 super duties that got unloaded with mine and all had 100+ miles on them. I thought that was strange. Anyone else experience that as of late?

This is normal. My dealer called to let me n own mine had 100. They were moved from ford to the lot and back to ford twice

That makes sense. This is my 5th Super Duty from the same dealer and never had one with that many miles. Thanks for clarification

For those scheduled for this week (3/25), can you post the numbers from your window sticker up in the top-right corner, just left of the VIN? I believe these are the batch number and maybe the sequence??? Mine are 22621 over 589/797. I'm guessing the bottom is the 597th vehicle out of 797 they are building on that day of production. The top number seems about right for the number of units produced in a month if mine gets built early in the week. Then another several thousand produced by end of March. They usually produce 28,000-30,000 if they have parts availability.
I have a production date 3/25 and a VIN but where are you guys finding the Window Sticker??? Says there is a link below but I can’t seem to find anything. Will send the numbers poopey if I get the WS.

CSX works great for tracking the railcar that your truck is shipped in. I'm in Washington State, and found the train unload location by corresponding the window sticker code (CR72 in the "ramp 1" box) with the list of codes found in this thread, which provided the parking lot address in Kent, Washington. I got the railcar number from chat, which was about the most useful information I ever got from that source, and it was truly nice to have. Instructions for CSX are in this thread, and it's an automated process you can call as many times as you like without bothering anyone. It was fun to wake up in the morning and see where the truck had last been logged in. My route was a little different than others in this thread. It was the same up to Pasco, WA, but then it backtracked a little and went back up through Wenachee, Leavenworth, Skykomish, etc. Following the BNSF map, when it hit Winton, I knew that I'd have a chance of seeing the train as I was home when it would soon pass through Skykomish where there was a live railcam. I did see it pass through on YouTube, and that was a kick. If you use the search function in this thread (CSX, Ramp Codes, etc) you'll find what you're looking for. Thank you to all of the contributors who made it possible for me to put the pieces together.

Mine's in California! Pretty cool how quick it moves. Was on the nm Texas border Sunday evening (for the entire weekend) and now north of Bakersfield.
