2024 MY Super Duty Order/Schedule/Build Thread

It’s a pulse module. Dealer installed. Usually around 350$. My dealer said I could take it off if I wanted. He said if you have a pulse module and get rear ended, Ford will give you $3,000 towards a new truck. Sounded good to me.

Sounds good to me since I didn’t pay for it. When researching it, I read about a few people that had it on their trucks that didn’t know they had it. None of the other people paid for it either. Maybe Ford added it on some models when they were short on Parts.

Sure would like to see that in writing...

Dealer had added that to my last F350 that I purchased new in August of 2011, told them I did not want it and damn sure wasn't going to pay for it. Finance guy told me he would take it off of the bill and I could remove it if I wanted, only cost the dealer $10 anyways.

I’ll have to try it. The lane assist works to well I guess and unless you fight it every once in awhile it thinks you don’t have your hands on the wheel.

I've gone about 7,000 miles over the last 3 months doing this trick. Here's a post where I detailed my experience with it

I tried to teach her how to drive stick back when I had my 92 4runner with 6" lift and 33's... She still doesn't know how to drive stick.

Exciting news! Last night at 5:53pm Dearborn time I got a text and email from Ford Motor Company. I am scheduled for the week of Jan 22 and have a VIN. Interesting this came in late on a Friday, not Thursday morning. Just a couple of days before I got the supply chain excuse letter again.

I guess I might be an actual Tremor owner soon and not just a poser as I have been the last couple of years.

I ended up doing Ford chat for the platinum super duty that I ordered with the 6.7, sunroof, brown seats, and spray in bed liner and 5th wheel prep package. I went back and forth so long about getting a tremor and decided I should probably save the money. Hope i dont regret that. Anyway, my order is currently in an unscheduled clean status - awaiting scheduling. Does anyone have any feedback on that and how long things might be?

Mine built this week with it. I believe that constraint has been resolved.

5th Wheel/Gooseneck Hitch Prep Package is currently showing on the order tracking page in the Packages section. There are a bunch of goofy things in that section including "Fixed 10,000 lb. GVWR Package" which is not even possible on a F-350 so who knows. My order includes the Gooseneck Hitch Kit. It would be funny if they sent that without having the prep package installed.

Was just going to say this. I got this from Hayleigh at Granger:
"After looking into this, Ford had decided that those are no longer included from factory with the change in design.

I found an announcment from this week stating that customers that would like the cleats will need to purchase these from the Ford Accessory website.

Funny thing is that even Ford is confused about this (no surprise). The order tracking page for my MY24 truck scheduled for the week of jan 22 shows that it will be coming with BoxLink. I really don't care because the new simpler design looks better anyway.

I ordered my platinum 250 12/15 and it’s scheduled already. There is no rhyme or reason in the scheduling it seems

The packages show in two different colors. I can’t remember for sure but I think it’s the white ones that are for your build. Aka the highlighted ones. Between the two colors that the font is in, one is all the packages you selected I bet.

7.3 or 6.7? I bet it’s not the H.O. 6.7. There is rhyme and reason. All comes down to dealer allocation. The factory is rolling right now pushing out 1700 superduties a day. They can have all the orders on file done by the end of the month minus the limited trims and orders with the 6.7 H.O.
