2024 MY Super Duty Order/Schedule/Build Thread

Chip at Granger called ford. Boxlink is gone for the ‘24. The new design allows you to put a hook right in there now. Ford said it was tested and just as strong. They said if you want the old design, the old plate will fit right on, then you need to buy the lock in tie downs.

Was just going to say this. I got this from Hayleigh at Granger:
"After looking into this, Ford had decided that those are no longer included from factory with the change in design.

I found an announcment from this week stating that customers that would like the cleats will need to purchase these from the Ford Accessory website.

As long as my ratcheting straps fit in there, I’m good to go. No need to spend another hundred dollars if there’s no need.

I actually have the box link hooks from the 23. I forgot to take them with when we drove to Iowa to trade it in. So I'd only need the brackets to replace the "new style" ones.

I agree. Just wish it was bedliner behind it. I use the crap out of these. Hope it stands the test of time.

I got the email too. A guy I spoke with a few weeks ago at ford customer service said their email update system was down (I called after not getting a 45 day update) and he said it was fixed and would be operational again today.

I got a Ford email as well. It says “We’re still confirming your scheduled build date.” According to the tracker, I’m scheduled for week of 1/8/24 and I’m in production, but no date for production.

No email on any dates and my last interaction w ford chat prior on the last scheduling Thursday before the holidays was “unscheduled clean”
Was going to wait until tomorrow to reach out again, but I got this email tonite.
I’ll still probably reach out as it’s somewhat standard practice for me on Thursdays now!

If you call tomorrow, ask if a VIN has been assigned.

Got 1st ever email today (7:38pm AZ time) same as rest of us…talked to Ford on 2 Jan and I confirm that my guy said email has been down since strike and would start back up…obviously it did…blah blah blah supply chain blah sorry blah keep you informed every 45 now blah…
I have 1/22 build week so we will see if that changes

250 platinum tremor 7.3 - most options minus sun/moon? roof…no change in order status since 11/30

I got the same email today also scheduled build date 2/5
350 platinum tremor 7.3 no moon roof but I did option with 5th wheel prep bedliner tonneau cover

Got my apology email as well. I was originally scheduled for 1/4, a couple weeks later it moved to 1/1. Went into production on 12/18. Still no date on production. No active modules.
