2024 MY Super Duty Order/Schedule/Build Thread

My 24 Lariat Ultimate showed up at the dealer today. Not a tremor though. Longbox with fifth prep and a moonroof. Glacier grey with the Baja interior. I’m surprised more people don’t go with the Baja. Can’t wait to pick it up

Man I hope that's not accurate lol. It appears I'm the latest victim of my salesman not adding the power deployable running boards back like I asked.

Very nice. I considered the Baja Leather, but remembered I still have young kids that will graffiti the seats with markers and snacks. Black Onyx it is.

I didnt realize the super duites had the 2-tone leather now too. I really like that, it sure breaks it up. I was dead set on black but now you have me questioning that. My 2013 had the tan leather that had too much yellow in it and I really didn't care for that. Biggest issue for me even with these is getting in/out with dirty clothes leaves stains that stick out pretty bad. My wife's expedition is sandstone and really love that but it's also mostly for traveling to town and activities so generally not an issue getting them dirty.

Didn't even cross my mind to get the Baja. Kids aside, I ain't an office worker 😜. But, definitely wouldn't even buy one on a deal because of the kids. Black, or neoprene covers... Actually, going to get the back covers anyway 🤣
 
The other consideration on the lighter colors is the possibility for blue jeans to transfer dye. I have an Ivory color with night blue accents on my SUV and it’s beautiful but you have to basically treat it like grandma’s couch with the plastic protectors.

So our ActiveX material in our expedition has been fantastic about that, hardly any transfer at all, way better than my tan colored leather that I used to have. I wish I could get that material in the super duty.

I recommend seeing it in person (it was available in 23 Lariat). My dealership had a couple when I placed my order. The lower trim on the dash is tan too.
 
I picked up my mine with Baja interior on Friday and I am happy with it. The F150 I traded had tan interior and it held up fine for almost 15 years and I use my truck as a truck and raised two kids in the truck.

I almost went with the Glazier Gray but was afraid since I couldn’t see it in person. Yours looks great. congratulations
 
503…the dealer can install deployable running boards…just prove to them you asked for them and it didn’t happen when order was actually placed…I had a copy of my home generated order when I went to dealership…$2,500 charge (in CO) to add if no proof… good luck

Haha. I’ve got covers on order on account of my two little ones who find ways to get snacks lodged in the craziest damned places.

They can install the OEM ones? Not interested in AMPs.
