2023 Azure Gray

Azure looks good on the Bronco Raptor! The color appears darker in these photos though.

I still wish Ford would have offered avalanche gray or code orange on the Super Duty.

It looks amazing on the bronco. Part of that may be the black roof as well. Backroad Driver on YouTube did this to their white ‘21 F150 and it looks sick. if the whole truck is azure grey, it feels a bit overwhelming. But with various black accents, I think the azure grey can look sharp. That said, I know it’s a new/non-traditional color that many may not like.

But to each their own. Some people like orange accents. Some people like no badges. Even when it’s not something I would do, I can still appreciate the thought and effort an owner puts into making their truck what they want, and I would argue the Tremor is a great canvas.

I saw this today and it reminded me of an '82 Escort my family had back in the day... Not exactly the same color, but definitely reminiscent. If I was in Sherwin Williams I think it would show up on the same color strip:

I’ve always been a big fan of the Area 51. Nice looking ride.

Seems like the specialty vehicles (broncos, raptors, mustangs, etc) do a better job pulling off these odd colors, kinda fall flat on most of the trucks or looks like they are trying too hard to look different, dunno.

Agreed. I love blue in general and the Area 51 color too. I went with Azure because what I saw in it had more blue than Area 51 and the metallic makes it pop. I'm fine with the throw back feel of the color too. Going from Velocity Blue to Azure will be sort of between the two of these.

Oh my gosh! I love this video! I’m obviously invested (‘23 azure ordered), but I this color. The tricoat seems like it has more subtle variation in color than @Modman posted in post #1. Others may hate it, but it tickles my fancy. I’m just as excited as ever to get what I want.

Talk to nearly anyone with an antimatter blue and youll find they’re happy. Is it blue? Is it black? Either way, it’s gorgeous!

The color is no big issue to me, not what I would make my first choice but don't dislike it either. Now those side bed steps to me just make me sick. Not that they copied GM, but they look like total after thought and no effort at all to integrate. At first glance it looks like a chunk out of the side of the bed skirt. The second step is just laughable. Throw in the side vent that looks like plastic melting down the side of the truck and the look is almost a deal breaker for me. If I were in the market for a new truck right now I would be doing everything possible to get a new '22. Like others have stated already, there's nothing on the '23s that would make me want one over a '22 of similar build.

I totally understand. The grill (foremost) makes the truck look a bit goofy but it's growing on me. The side vents are GINORMOUS! The side steps as well as the black stripe on the tail lights are gross. But since my 22MY was cancelled, I didn't have many other options to get the truck I want. I think over time I'll get over the aesthetics, though. To me it's more a matter of form over factor and some mods will help me feel like it's more mine. All of that said, I can't wait to get my truck and start making it more of what I want than Ford would let me via the order guide.

I don't blame you and if I were in your shoes I would be excited to get the new truck. But for me and already owning a '21 and the satisfaction I enjoy with it, I'm just glad I don't have to make that choice. The '23s are going to be great trucks and the new features will be nice to have. I'm just glad I made my purchase when I did. I just wish Ford would have made the side steps optional, and that they would have left the vent badge alone. The new design will grow on all of us with time and I'm glad folks are ordering and getting excited. All part of the same club.

This is the color we're planning to order. My wife has wanted it since she saw it on the Bronco. She's kind of annoyed that I'll get it first.
