2020 & 2021 Build Dates & Delivery

I have been digging every day to find any type of pic with no luck have a 2021 on order. I see so may people buying parts already for there 2021 like lights, grills, and bumper that I think i would wait on to be sure nothing changed. With only a 1 week turnaround between 20 and the 21 I would suspect no major body changes. Could be spy shots testing on future model.

I would have to agree - I wouldn't expect any significant changes to the 2021 lineup - I am sure there will be some very minor cosmetic changes here and there but that is it. But I guess I'll find out when my 2021 gets in. I ordered my 2021 Sept 4th, got vin on the 30th with build date of 11/9. Dealer thinks it won't be here until mid to late December though...

My dealer placed the order for my 2021 F350 Tremor on 09/27/20.
I was told, 'hopefully, early-mid December' as the anticipated delivery date, but I'm not holding my breath.

I'm excited and very much ready to receive that phone call saying, 'come get your truck!'

Hey guys, super excited for my 2021 f-350 agate black tremor! I was given a build date of 11/16. From my "research" on this forum, I came to the conclusion that it takes around 14-21 days from build date to dealer delivery. Just curious how everyone else's timeline is looking? As well as 2020 build dates to delivery dates? Trying to decide if I should be excited about my truck arriving before Christmas or after new year.

My order was recorded as 09/28 and I was given the same build date. From what I understand, you can be excited for a Christmas delivery unless there are any significant Holiday shutdowns....I guess our respective trucks will be brothers....

I hope there are a few changes myself,really wanted that new F150 interior but guess i'll have to wait and 2-3yrs for that..

I’d love to know the dealers y’all are using to order a 2021. Hell, I was just told by Stivers Ford in Montgomery, Al that they can’t order a 2021 til FEBRUARY!!?‍

They may not have any allocation until Feb, if wanting sooner would contact a different dealer since production of the 21s is slated to start in less than a month now.

I ordered 9/15 and got a VIN a week later with a build date of "the week of 10/26," Allumazilla only has my order date on it and the ford site doesnt register my VIN. My question is, when does the build date info etc show up on allumizilla?

That is not correct. The last picture is an 19 super duty not a 20. The article talks about the 7.0 not the 7.3. They just changed the grill with updates in 2020, they won't change it for 2021. Most likely 2023, outside shot at 2022.

Make sure to look at your rural dealers too. I’m in Miles City, MT and they were thrilled to help me order a 2021, up front pricing etc. Just make sure to check the rural dealerships in small towns too.

That is not correct. The last picture is an 19 super duty not a 20. The article talks about the 7.0 not the 7.3. They just changed the grill with updates in 2020, they won't change it for 2021. Most likely 2023, outside shot at 2022.

Again this is not correct. It’s clickbait. Websites are using the rumors and changes from 19-20 to make you turn to their page. Ford Just did a refresh for 20.

I would imagine that many dealers put in huge orders at the start of ordering. If you order 500 trucks at a time it will be a while before you can order more.

Lucky you. I ordered mine September 25, didn’t get get confirmed until October 26. I don’t know how I lost those 30 days .

I just sent an email to my dealer. I will let you know what the deal is north of the border when I hear. Hoping for some news. Has anyone seen a picture of the 2021 model? I have heard there is some visual changes.

Finally got my window sticker and proper VIN. Dealer sent me the wrong VIN first. Got me worried I would have to wait longer. All good now. Says my build date is Nov 10.
