Replacing shot Lariat seat foam - Parts, etc.

My '22 Lariat seat foam has sunk considerably towards the seat back portion from my fat unsightly ass and has been giving me pain for awhile. Truck just turned 60K miles (a little over 3 years old). Due to the design of the seat foam where the groove cutouts are, that's the area where it will sink in first.

I don’t keep anything in my back pockets.

I ordered new seat foam, seat cover, and heater to rejuvenate this seat. Will remove the seat from truck and install when the snow stops.

Part numbers (for heated and ventilated Lariat seats):

New parts ready to go. Heater has peel and stick adhesive on it.

I called The Seat Shop (makers of the better, aftermarket seat foam), and they are not currently producing the correct part for these style of seats with heating/ventilation, so I ordered the OEM one again until they come out with something.

Everyone who sat in my seat at the recent truck meetup agreed the comfort was unacceptable.

For older F-150s, yes. Foam is much better quality.

That's the gasket for the blower fan for the seat ventilation. Usually the culprit for the passenger seat noise if no one is sitting in it.

Went on a drive and the difference is staggering. Had to readjust my rearview and side mirrors even.
