2024 MY Super Duty Order/Schedule/Build Thread

I like the knob better I can tell already

Similar here. Shipped 3/27. Kentucky to Kansas to Illinois to Houston. Still no ETA into Dallas.

All to have a specific line item delivery charge on the invoice that's 25% more expensive and 3x slower (at least) than a private transport company. *Shakes first at cloud*

Top rectangle is the extend and the top, left above circle is the fold. Once you get used to it I guess it becomes muscle memory but you have to kind of search for it the first few times.

Just a grumpy old guy complaining but overall it’s a huge improvement over the previous generations. They did a good job marrying the tech many of us have become accustomed to with a proven towing beast. Now if they’d just add phones as a key like the EV’s have like Lightning and Mach-E.
It the same on 2019’s too

For those scheduled to be built this week (4/15), including me. I wish you all the best for a timely build and ship. The anticipation is palpable.

Mine shipped on the 3/29 I was able to track it to twin oaks PA on 4/8 and every time I check the estimated date of arrival goes up by a few day now it say 4/26 form 4/17

I almost can't believe it! Went into production sometime this weekend/today! It's been a long wait since ordering in August. I didn't get a text or email that it moved to "in production" and it's odd there isn't a date with it... anyone else?

Congrats! Soon you’ll be entering the “where is my truck in the shipping process” phase!

That's normal. It changes to "In Production" the week before the actual build week. The date will populate the week of and then built will populate the day after is my experience.

Can’t wait for my dates to populate. Haha. Still has a build date of tomorrow after checking with my dealer today

1 more step to the craziness....... LOL

Scheduled build date still a go for tomorrow. I’m not checking modules and eagerly awaiting a notification from my Ford Pass app 😂😂😂

Has anyone else seen their truck show up on the dealerships website? My truck (Its my VIN) is showing as available now on the dealer site. Im thinking it must mean the truck is getting close?

Happens after the VIN is assigned. Pretty much once a production week is determined.

Have any of y'all had your truck take a phantom ride and then snap back to KY? My F-350 was scheduled to build 2/19, in production 2/22, built 3/10, and "shipped" 3/27. I've been hounding Ford chat for rail car info since it shipped, but they never had anything and could only give my the Jack Cooper Transport convoy number. On 4/2 my dealer said the truck was in Fredericksburg, VA and then headed to Petersburg, VA where it would get put on a transport truck to the dealer. This morning Ford chat told me "In Transit. Secondary Received, Ramp 1K, Kentucky Truck, KY as of Apr-09-2024, 13:57 ET". I sent the dealer a wth? e-mail and got this back, "We are emailing them trying to figure out what's going on with the transport company. It showed Fredericksburg earlier last week. Now it shows Kentucky. But the arrival date shows this month. As soon as he hears something back I will reach out". Ford tracker has an ETA of 4/10 - 4/23. Ford chat had an ETA of 4/13 - 4/19. Doesn't sound like either of them are aligned with reality.

Oddly enough, someone posted on the 2024 Ford Super Duty Production and Scheduling Information FB group today that their truck made it to NC on the way to them in SC before mysteriously going back to the ramp in KY. Both of us got caught up for weeks in the February module update nonsense.

The Fredericksburg, VA update came after I asked the dealer to look up the truck's GPS location. Maybe they didn't actually do that and relied on some other status reporting mechanism that was wildly inaccurate?

My truck has never showed in the stock at the dealer, I,always assumed it would after it was received which I think is this week.
