If you use a spacer lift only then technically, yes. Realistically? No. Unless it’s a huge lift, the axle shift is minimal. You are talking about only a couple of degrees along the arc of the track bar. Carli kits come with an adjustable track bar to compensate for the change.
Here is a thread for a Jeep TJ where the owner lifted it 2.75” and has pictures of the tire displacement.
OK, 6 months ago I did the lift, but just noticed it resulted in this issue today (OME 2" lift with 3/4" spacers added on - currently with "standard" tires): Here's images of my jeep and the actual offset - it appears to be about 2" or so. I've read the other threads about getting an...

Edit: Because of the way the angles work, the displacement gets worse at a greater rate the higher it is lifted (hopefully that makes sense).
Thanks and makes sense. 100% stock my axle is about 1/4” further to the passenger side. I want to reduce rake so I’m thinking about either 1” spacers or 2017-2019 5600 springs (mine are 5200 on a 2021). Was a little worried about shifting the axle too far and losing too much caster if I just do a spacer or a spring swap and nothing else.
