What Tonneau Cover is everyone using? Pros/cons

i have a Tri_folding Tonneau cover made by Tiger. it cost like 220.00 from Amazon , takes less than 10 minutes to install or take off. weighs like 25 lbs, doesn't leak , clips down when folded for traveling , the lateral supports are slightly bent concave so water (for the most part) doesn't puddle and gives a an inch or so of extra height in the center. I have had the same one on another truck for 2-1/2 years now and same results. IMO, does the job and if it gets broken i haven't lost a bunch of money.
I had 2 Tigers One on this truck (until I added Toolbox), One on my F150....200 Bucks and all function! Great cover! Wish they made a with toolbox one.....so I was forced to go with Extang....they are the only ones that make this cover compatible with a toolbox!

sorry had camera troubles and it was raining so the lighting in the garage is awful
hope you can see them, I got the truck at invoice minus 3% so all options were also invoice so I added the cover and other items with the original order has a nice little "Ford "logo on the edge

There’s a better way to run the drain tubes. Cut them to about 5”. In the bed wall just below the spout on the rail where you connect the tube is a hole. Use a flat head screw driver and push the plastic tube in that hole. Then twist clockwise and shove the tube in until just enough is left out to plug into the drain spout. See attached photo. My Raptor had the same factory spray in bedliner and it worked just like this. Since my Tremor doesn’t have the spray in, it slipped in even easier..

thx, will put on my to do list.

Undercover Ultraflex with drain hoses. Bed is as dry as can be and locks down tight. Don’t even have to open cover to close tailgate.

Have a diamond back hd and love it.

I have a diamond back HD in non diamond plate showing up this week.

I also have two low profile frontrunner roof racks coming that I’ll be installing. Those will go over each of the panel that flips up. They’re 56” wide by 37” long. Can use them for storage totes, an awning, roof top tent, etc.

Just ordered the BAK X4 off AutoAnything. Was between this or the BAK with flip panels. This looks cleaner to me and easily rolls up. Will see how it does over the long haul.

Today - installed an Access Lorado soft tonneau cover. I had one on my F-150 quality made, I liked the ease of use, And ability to use the full bed (although it mounts inside bed rails so you lose some there but you can add a rack on top of bed so like all of them trade offs are involved.)

Diamondback HD.

Quick question on the Diamondback, does the back panel raise up high enough to let a bed extender flip in and out?

Really like the cover but want to put a bed extender in there to prevent items from sliding forward as well give the bed some extra length when needed.

Thanks,

D

Posted in another thread but may help you here. Here’s a photo of how far the cover opens. I added some front runner racks to mine. Great cover.

Thank you, appreciate the image. Looks like it will work.

Just ordered the Retrax Pro Aluminum one, should be here in 10 days hopefully right around when my truck arrives.

^^ That's where I am leaning towards. Have the Bakflip MX4 on my Raptor. Nice enough but would like to be able to have full access to the bed without blocking my rear window or having to remove that thing.
