What exactly does Tow/Haul mode do? Adaptative Learning System impact?

A relatively light weight camper and a flatbed lives on my '21 7.3 Tremor, so I always keep it T/H. What other have said about shifting pretty well covers it. On mine, it keeps it geared down in low enough gears on steep descents, which is nice, but then when the road starts to flatten out, or the grade decreases, it doesn't shift back up into higher gears, which is annoying as hell. So usually, I have to shift into M and manually upshift, until the RPM's are where they should be. That issue may have been resolved in later models.

Hell, I'd take an 8-10 speed manual, if only it wouldn't delete my center console 😎
No you wouldn’t. Get old real fast. You haven’t operated a real truck have you? Try a 18 sp. with an oversized load in city traffic with endless stop lights. You’ll find out real fast 🤬

Meh I'd take it. i know how to skip gears and Rev match.
