What 5th wheel are you towing?

I have a 2022 F350 Platinum Tremor with about 3500lbs payload. My 5th wheel has a hitch weight of 2300lbs. Its a Forest river XLR Nitro 28DK5.

I have a F350 with the 6.7, payload capacity of 3,354. I am looking at my first trailer, was looking at the Alliance Paradigm line and the Grand Design Solitudes, then I found out that the stated hitch weights are for dry empty trailers, so the majority of those went out the window.

I was wondering what everyone else is towing that is around 35' and has a hitch weight of around 2K or less. I need more ideas on what to look at. I know that these trucks can handle more than the stated payload but I would like to stay within that payload, especially with this being my first trailer. Thanks!

Grand Design Solitude FL380 ( 41'6 overall length, 16,800 lbs. )
no troubles and got 14.8 MPH pulling this

Payload is the reason I bought a gasser. My payload sticker is 3917 on 350 tremor lariat minimal options. My trailer weights are around 15350 loaded 3200 on the pin and the 7.3 pulls it great but is thirsty and I knew this when I bought it and doesn't bother me it does exactly what they told me it would

Wow, a triple axle with a Tremor! What is the TW on that one?

I am looking at the KZ Durango Gold dual axle with a TW of 2700 lbs and that is right at the limits for me.
Pin 2900 she is abit heavy.

Just today, we signed the papers for a new 2022 Keystone Carbon 338 (it had been on the lot since last summer when we first looked at it).

We were looking for a <40' toy hauler that still maintained the separate garage space (some of the smaller ones combine the garage and kitchen together). This model is just over 12K lbs dry/16.8K lb wet

We also liked the Moment 320G, but could never find one to look at in person and the price tag was always a fair bit steeper than we were willing to pay.

We have my parents' camper overwintering in our driveway, so the dealer is going to hang onto it for us for a little while until we're ready to pick it up (probably at the end of March). That'll give me enough time get my hitch. I've settled on the Pullrite Superglide 2914 so I don't have to worry about smashing the back of my truck cab.

Congrats!!

I have an ATC 2419 - plan to upgrade to a 3619 soon - have no concern towing it with my 22 F-350 with 6.7l - my capacity is similar to yours. With a RZR Pro XP 4 in back you will be below the 3k pin weight they show with generator.
I upgraded to a 3619 last summer and it turned out my statement above turned out to be not accurate - my pin weight with the trailer empty (except stuff I leave in the trailer all the time and about 50 gallons of water is 3,450 lbs. +/- and fully loaded at max GVWR of 16,800 I am pushing 3,850 lbs. of pin weight. If I move the RZR all the way back, put all the tools and heavy stuff by the back door I can take about 500 lbs. off my rear axel - but am still at or just over max rear axel rating. I would not want to tow anything larger than this with my Tremor. This trailer really should be towed by a dually.

The Grand Design Momentum 320G is 36' in length and has about 2300 for the hitch weight. It tows nicely behind the Tremor.
I wanted this trailer so badly! Truthfully I still do but, I ended up buying a Grand Designs Reflection 150 278BH. It’s a great trailer but I still wish I bought the Momentum.
