How about on way to boat ramp? 😬😎

It’s a pontoon… but it’s a fun one. Bennington 23R with a 300 Yamaha.

I don’t know if this pic helps? I have a 6” drop weigh safe and love it.View attachment 49096
In the 60's my father had a 17-18' Dorsett. It was a small open cabin, covered bow boat. Every weekend we'd be fishing either the Sacramento River, Rio Vista, the Delta, SF Bay, up to Tamolas Bay when the Stripers were running. The C Dory reminds me of it every time I see one. Love it ..!!

My neighbor is restoring one of those old Dorsetts. It is SUCH a cool boat! Sounds like you and your dad made some great memories together, that’s awesome.
The wife and I took the C-Dory out on Tomales and out into the ocean the summer before last… unforgettable!

Looks awesome, was hoping it was the Atlas Blue I've ordered :)
I’ve seen an atlas blue sport truck that belongs to a member on this forum, it’s an absolutely stunning color, you will be satisfied. It’s close to my truck in that pic, I think there was a cloud over my truck, usually its not that dark.

Still waiting on the Tremor, but had a few awesome days of fishing with my family in town. Buddy let me borrow his slip for a few days so wasn’t limited by tides to launch and retrieve. Bunch of Kings, Lings, Rockfish and a big ol But!

Dad and I used to run a 17’ Montauk all over Puget Sound and San Juans. Awesome little boats!!
That’s awesome, they are extremely durable safe boats. I can fish up north in Canada for walleye and lake trout, Lake Michigan for salmon or in Florida at my parents house. They are awesome all around boats. I remember as a child my uncle had an old whaler, it filled up with water during a bad storm, he just went for a cruise and had me pull the boat plug, the new ones are self bailing. Mine is at home in the deepest parts of Lake Michigan or in 1 foot deep areas of the back waters of the Illinois river cat fishing.
