Tremor and fifth wheel towing.

Bought the 6.7 Tremor and get it Tuesday. Thank you for your help

I love my Tremor and clearly that is the truck you wanted! Congrats on getting what you want. Your trailer is dually weight to safely tow your trailer. You can tow it, but can you stop it and/or control it when things go bad is the question. Doesn't matter how many times per year or how far on those few trips you tow - what matters is when you tow, do you have the right tool for the job - your trailer will be in control.

You got the truck you wanted, you may want to consider downsizing your trailer to fit into the specs of the Tremor. Then you will have the best of both worlds!

Enjoy it and consider your family and those around you safety when you tow.

Do you know the pin weight of the camper? Others are correct that it is dually territory- but 200 miles twice a year doesn't mean you can't if pin weight is within rating. Been camping for 25 years and just traded my dually for the tremor. I have a 45' fifth wheel and set up seasonal for the summer so don't tow as often, but wanted something that still could pull it. If you get strong cross winds it will be the tail wagging the dog though. Slow down and take it easy. Good luck with your decision!
I just bought a 43' fifth wheel travel trailer. What is the GVWR of yours?

I'd want a dually simply for reduced stress. I like to arrive relaxed, not tired from fighting a load bigger than my truck.
