I have an appointment for 1pm today. I’ll double check that it addresses the actual TSB.

It was a TSB and developed into a full blown recall. Make sure they update the software per the recall not just whatever was in the TSB. I had the TSB done and still have minor problems with the trailer braking that supposedly the Recall software update will address.

I provided the NHTSA number when I made my appointment, so hopefully they're on the ball.

I just called the dealer (as it's an hour drive each way) to confirm that they could address the actual recall notice (22S17/22V193).

He read the recall notes in his system. They state the update may fail for "some" MY2022 vehicles (without giving specifics), and advises dealers not to attempt to update MY2022 vehicles until the software issue has been fully resolved.
