Towing a 5th wheel trailer

No troubles with this I use a Curt 24K sliding 5th wheel. Its a heavy beast but I have 100% confidence in it. 5er is 16,800 lbs with over 3,000 of pin.

Nice setup, so the wee bit of sag is all you get with the stock suspension? I have a Montana 305RL I will be towing with mine and was wondering about the bed rail height.

Same with me, never used the slider once. will see with the new tremor when it get here.
With the curvature of the front of a lot of the trailers, it provides so much more turning radius.

I'm curious how close that puts you to payload? Very nice rig, oozing jealousy on that camper!

I added the yellow sumo bags set 1/4" off the spring other wise there is more "sag" or as I say "squat":cool::cool:

I figure I am at or closet to limit and if not I would not want to add any more weight. You can really feel the weight of the rig. But the Tremor can manage it.

Mine is a bit high in the front but not out of the "normal" range IMO. I may flip the axles on the trailer so I can handle worse roads without issue.
For regular towing on pavement and fireroads it seems fine. Clearance of the bed rails is 6-8" for me. Clearance on tight turns of the tailgate is no issue.

I use an anderson hitch with block forward. Ball on highest setting.
I'm late to this thread, but were you using an andersen standard (3220) or andersen raised (3217)? Is your truck a 2019 or 2020 and newer. 2020 and up have higher bedsides.

Here is my 2022 F-350 6.7 Lariat Ultimate - with 3.5" of lift via Carli E-Venture suspension, full spring pack (15% +/- softer than tremor rear spring), and air bags. Also running Toyo ATIII 37x12.5x18 tires. Towing 2022 ATC 3619 - per ATC 3,050 lbs. pin weight empty - with Reese 20k Goosebox (swapped out the 5er). No issues on height, plenty of rail clearance - little more sag than I would like due to spring pack, but with shocks dialed up to full stiff and bags at 50 PSI + tows great. Photos show truck with no air in bags. I can raise the rear 1.5" with 50 psi in the bags.
