Sync 4 navigation giving false traffic delay warnings

Pretty much every time I've used my navigation, it's constantly telling me there is a significant traffic delay. Like I'm 15 minute from home and it says there's a 30 minute delay. I usually check Google maps and verify there are no traffic delays. Anybody else having the same problem?

I used the Sync 4 navigation once. That was all it took. I went back to Waze. I wish I could completely remove the built in navigation from the screen.

If you aren’t using WAZE you are missing out. I have never used Fords Navigation nor do I plan to unless I don’t k ow my way and my phones battery is dead.

Traffic info for the FMC comes from Sirius XM, that should pretty much cover the topic. Although I often use the FMC navigation, I never believe the traffic information.
