Hello, does anyone know the service life for the components on these trucks? Manual is not helpful for anything other than the basic fluid changes (unless I missed it which definitely possible).

Thinking specifically about the following:
1. Fuel pump (6.7 diesel)
2. Diesel exhaust filter
3. Diesel glow plugs
4. Suspension/steering stabilizer shocks

I am sure there are more that I am not thinking about and would like to hear your recommendations. And while I could always wait until I notice these parts starting to fail, it would be nice to prevent failure prematurely or at least know I am in the window when they might be expected to fail.
Thanks

1. The fuel lift pump (in the tank should last as long as any electric fuel pump. The high pressure CP4 pump on the motor is VERY sensitive to fuel quality. Let me say that again, DO NOT SKIMP ON FUEL SYSTEM MAINTENANCE & FUEL. Did I mention make sure you get good fuel? and to take care of your fuel system? I kind of want to say it again but I suppose I got my point across.

2. Exhaust Filter (DPF) is questionable. Drive the truck, work the truck, let it get hot (the exhaust I mean) and let it do its re-gens. I've heard of them needing replaced at 70,000mi and also not being replace with over 200,000mi

3. Glow Plugs. Not sure. My Dads 2017 has a glow plug code and he's got 125,000mi on it. I traded my 2017 at 80,000 and never had any glow plug issues.

4. Chassis parts is another tough one. These trucks are tough. My 2017 had all original suspension and brakes when I traded it. I'm sure if you are stop & go, rough roads, sand, mud a lot you will have different results.

If you only get one thing out of this response I hope its that you understand how important it is to take care of your fuel system.

Did I mention use only good fuel?? LOL

Not even worth worrying about until they actually fail.
