Hey there -
My 350 Tremor has only 1000 miles, and I just got bedliner sprayed on. Coincidentally I am getting this error message since the bed liner.

Has anyone encountered this? Wondering if the bed liner spray got into the outlet somehow.

probably disconnected it (i would hope) pulled the whole plate, sprayed and then bolted it back down and my thought it they just didnt hook the harness back up

Another possibility is they removed the bed outlet to spray and didn't mask the connector properly or bent a pin. Same troubleshooting step, though: remove the four screws and see what's going on in the fender.
