Possible to upgrade door jamb payload sticker F250 -> F350?

Thinking of maybe possibly shipping my truck to Australia where they value Super Duties mostly for their towing capacity. And it sounds like regulations are a big deal over there. Might make sense to squeeze out every drop of payload and towing I can.

"Thinking of maybe possibly..." Equivocate much?

Your F250's maximum towing capacity in the US isn't the same as in Australia. The maximum towed weight without air brakes is 4,500 kg. That's under 10,000 pounds. F150 territory. Last paragraph:

Not at all. The GVM of the F150 is not suitable for towing 4,500kgs. Yes, it might legally do it but you wouldn’t be able to have things like bullbar, canopy and much in the way of passengers and luggage.

I am hemming and hawing for sure. Great intel, thanks. Sounds it being an F250 is probably an advantage, if an F350 needs a special license and more fees. And getting a new VIN sounds like a non-starter.

In other weird unrelated news, I was talking to a guy who imports 2015 and earlier SVT Raptors to New Zealand, and they are exempt from the RHD conversion requirement. Now to figure out how to increase a Raptor's payload.

If you had a picture of the exact one you want then it is possible to change it on your own if you were so inclined

see here

That changes the sticker, but not the title.
