Don’t suppose anyone has a line on a part number or supplier for the camera connector on the 23+?

When I got my truck repaired there from the deer strike, Ford wasn’t able to source the replacement for my front grille camera connector, and as such, they just tried to JB Weld it together. Given the roads I travel, it finally gave out on me from vibrations.

Anyone happen to know the part or connector or source for the grey piece? It goes on the end of the harness plugging in beside the camera oval. Being told they’d need to replace the whole harness, but that just doesn’t seem right.

The reassembled connector looks like this. I assume the grey shroud is supposed to go over the metal mini-coax of the camera line of the harness and hold it into that connector on the upright in the grill there.

At the time of the original fix, they said they couldn’t source the harness or connector, so trying to find out if it’s different now. Would rather fix it myself and get the insurance to pay for it, versus having the truck outta commission for a bit while they source and repair.

Did a bit more sleuthing around with another parts guy, and found the $350ish CDN harness that it’s attached to.

Played with that part number middle chunk apparently will cross populate results from other models, and we found this similar looking one for the F-150.

It’s sub-20 bucks, so gonna gamble on it, and see if I can disassemble the connector on it, and repair my truck one, instead of replacing the whole thing.

Funny, I busted mine while installing my MotoHorn over the weekend.
I went to my ford dealer as was told the entire cable needs to be replace at ~$70. I can look when I get home for the part number provided, but I am going to take @NEOHIO

I should have that other part tomorrow, so I’ll be able to let you all know if that F-150 one works. Might get it faster for a bit of Ford Premium.

Be nice if that was the one, or we could get a straight answer from Ford. 😂

My dealer said that was for the side cameras. The front is built into the harness according to them on the ‘24s.

Picked up the cable this morning and just picked the connector apart. Definitely looks like it’ll fit, but truck sleeps on the driveway, so gonna let it warm up a bit before I start messing with it outside.

I believe they are called FAKRA connectors. I could definitely be wrong though.

Maybe try a $10 gamble?

Definitely seems to be similar. It’s brown from factory at least on this replacement cable I’m trying.

This is what my local Ford dealer provided:
PC3Z14F662HAA-cable Assy $70.00

So, if this works, ML3Z-10E929-CDB might be worth looking into for you. Save you $50+. It was $18.56 here after tax, Canadian, with the “ordered from the parts desk and not just took the part number to fordparts and shipped to dealer” surcharge.

Looking around at some different sites with that part number of that adaptor they quoted you, I’m seeing it as a largish spool of cable and marked as rear camera in a few places. So I wonder maybe they mixed the two?

Looks like the gamble I posted is a bit universal. It looks like it has a few different "keys". I am going to order some just to have on hand. Never know what I might come across.
