Placed order Feb 9th 2022 and received order confirmation shortly after the same day. Was hoping somebody could give me their experience of after order confirmation until I will receive a VIN# or schedule to build date . Thank you for any information you may have .

There are so many variables involved in that process you’ll find it hard to plan anything out. Build options, dealer allocations, part availability, etc.

I ordered a platinum to hopefully avoid the wait times of the lariat blackouts and didn’t add any of the ‘troublesome’ items, bed liner, bed cover, 5th wheel prep, adaptive steering, moonroof, etc

12/3 Confirmation
12/16 VIN build est 2/7
12/28 build push est 2/14
1/19 build accelerated est 2/7
1/28 build push est 2/14
No ‘In-Production’ email though I saw it online in the tracker ~2/8
2/18 built email
2/21 shipped email

A lot of folks here are 1/2 year in with no VIN still…

In reviewing the ford tracking status there is still noting listed. Wondered if this is normal or not. Perhaps when it gets closer to actual date or something?

2/9/22 Build date moved to 2/21/22
