Opinions regarding Ford Tire Offer - Buy three select tires, get one for $1.

I have a new set of KMC wheels that have been begging for some tires for a few months now. I've been holding out for Falken AT4Ws, but there is no date for when they will be restocked. My next alternative was the Toyo Open Country AT3 or RT Trails. Ford is running a promo right now for essentially 4 tires for the price of 3. I called my local dealership; the promo doesn't apply to Toyo.

The prices below are installed for 37x12.0R18s:

These are my options from Ford:
Falken Wildpeak R/T01 - $1523
BFG K03 $1549
Nitto Recon Grappler $1481

These are the current options from DiscountTire (without Tire Protection Certificates):
Falken Wildpeak R/T01 - $2461
Toyo Open Country AT3 - $2297
Toyo Open Country RT Trail - $2357

I have a mile-long limestone gravel driveway; the rest of my daily commute (about 80miles total if just going to the office and back) is CR and Highway.

I'm thinking pretty heavily about trying the R/T01 for ~$700 in savings. Looking for y'all's thoughts and opinions.
