Are they black or chrome

They are the chrome LEDS not the ones with the black appearance package. It was the added option on the lariat.

[Hillbilly]

Ok, I'm looking for the black

Do these come with everything? Ballasts? Or will there need to be things purchased afterwards to install and function?
