With current market it doesn’t seems smart for me financially to buy it at this time. And I don’t want to be one of those flipping it.

It is, it's agate black with the blackout package.

Well that’s it. They just called me so I released them from the initial exclusivity I had to purchase it. I’m sure I’ll go really quick so, if the build is close to what you wanted maybe give them a call. Ask for Manny and tell Nahim (🗣Na-im) sent you.
Initially I had Invoice + $450 but no guarantee on that I don’t even know if they’d have honored it.
