Make Sense Block - Ruturn Fuel Re-route for CP4 - Thoughts?

I recently came across this guys videos as this is a recent product he started offering.

What are your guy's thoughts on this? I think it would make sense if that is truely how the fuel coming out of the injectors gets routed and is similar to other diesels.

Essentially (slightly more complicated but the basics):

1. Fuel enters upper filter
2. Fuel into Cp4
3. Excess fuel goes back to tank.
4. Fuel CP4 to Injectors.
5. Excess hot aerated return fuel goes back to upper filter
6. Back to CP4
7. Either recycled in rails or back to tank

The block essentially bypasses the return to CP4 path of hot areated fuel and just sends it back to tank. Therefore the CP4 is always getting fresh cool non-areated fuel from the tank. The block has the right orafice size etc to keep the

Aerated fuel can come from the fuel tank on a filter change or if the tank level gets too low.

I'll have to digest this a bit more, but I highly doubt he is able to get fuel temp back to ambient. He doesn't say where/when in the system that's happening. Edge has updated the CTS3 to use the OE Fuel Temp portion of the Fuel Pressure/Temp sensor. I can see the Fuel temp as it warms up to operational temps. Since the fuel is cooled by the Secondary Coolant system it's never going to show ambient.

The whole air in the system is likely reasonable. How the OE system deals with it I'm going to check myself.
