The cab area was stamped/formed such that only one of the four clips was engaged. Finally noticed as the door gap got very tight. Just trying to push them in didn’t do anything.
Removed it and clipped the rearward two clips in first, but upper front wouldn’t engage at all due to how the parts met up.
Removed it again, much more difficult now with 3 of the clips engaged (this aluminum body flexes a lot).
Trimmed the upper front corner to get better fit and engagement.
Anyone else have this? Passenger side fits tight / perfect.
