Looking to tow 2025 Expedition Tremor behind Diesel pusher.....anyone recommending baseplate/towbar config?

I have towed a 2020 Expedition Max platinum thousands of miles, including to Alaska.....also towed a jeep there once. Bought a 25 Expedition Tremor, own Demco tabless 10k and Blue Ox Avail 10k tow bars. Looking for best baseplate config for either tow bar. tell me about your config.. Self-installer?

These are super duty tremors. Someone might have advice but it's probably not the best place to ask.
