Intermittent Ticking-tapping noise

2020 7.3 , 34k miles , sounds louder from the bottom but it’s making a ticking-tapping noise it’s not harmonic line a spun bearing , more like a sporadic noise

I have a similar (assuming without exactly hearing yours) noise, but I have headers, which I think amplifies it. I more hear it underneath the truck when standing at the door/fender area.

Yea it just started and on the Facebook group they are all saying bad cam/lifter
