I'm just going over my new 2027 F350, I assume Ford no longer provides hood shielding.

shit my 24' platinum isnt even painted on the underside of the hood. Just primer.....Made me feel really good spending $100+K on a truck

My '21 does not have it. I bought one though, from a previous year. Only problem was the underhood light cutout was in the wrong place. Removed the light and it looks OK to me.

My ‘24 Lariat did not have it. Bought and installed myself.

My 21' Lariat does not have it. My truck is silver and it looks primered under the hood.

I added it to my 23 3 years ago. You need 10 retainers. Not sure what the cost is now but you can see what I paid. Here are the part numbers:

My hood didn't include insulation, nor did it include a light. Double Deuce for the win!
